FAQ

Our DOT-compliant cylinders are manufactured according to U.S. Department of Transportation standards (e.g., DOT-3AA), and are typically rated for a service life of 15–30 years depending on the model.

Each cylinder is individually slotted and packed in cartons, with pallet or container shipping available upon request.

We hold individual certifications for the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. As long as the destination country’s regulations are officially recognized, we are able to export our products accordingly.
We also work with trusted customs brokers and freight forwarders who can assist with customs clearance and logistics arrangements.

The lead time for semi-finished products is 45 working days, while the full production process normally requires 70 working days.
However, if the order volume is stable and production runs continuously, we can deliver faster.

Applications include:
  • Inert gas cylinders
  • Soda and beer dispensing systems
  • Airguns and paintball markers
  • Portable oxygen for medical systems and emergency kits
  • Fire extinguishers
  • Extreme sports equipment and systems"

It has undergone tensile, compression, and hydrostatic pressure tests.

Should the customer require it, we are able to provide the material certification, spectrochemical analysis, and reports for all three pressure tests.

Certified with U.S. DOT, European TPED, and U.K. UKCA approvals, as well as ISO 13485 medical certification in Taiwan.

We can provide certified documentation for our gas cylinders upon request. The available documents include:
  • Product Certification Reports (e.g., DOT, ISO standards compliance)
  • Hydrostatic Pressure Test Reports
  • Material Composition Certificates
  • Burst Test Reports

Certifications:
  • U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Certification
  • European TPED Certification
  • U.K. UKCA Certification
  • Taiwan ISO 9001 Certification
  • Taiwan ISO 7866 Certification
  • Taiwan ISO 13485 Certification

According to the customer's needs, we can provide customized valves or assist in the assembly of customer-supplied parts.

It is important to confirm whether the local regulations at the sales origin are in compliance.

Cylinders are primarily compatible with high-purity, non-corrosive, or low-corrosive gases, such as:
  • Oxygen (O₂)
  • Nitrogen (N₂)
  • Carbon Dioxide (CO₂)
  • Argon (Ar)
  • Compressed Air
  • Medical Gases
  • Specialty inert gases, etc.

In Taiwan, cylinders do not have a fixed expiration period. They can be reused and refilled as long as they successfully pass the required hydrostatic test every three years. The suitability for continued use also depends on the condition of the valve.

We offer cylinders with water capacities ranging from 130cc to 3000cc, and we also accept custom orders and assist with certification applications.
